RETURN:

 

We have a 14-day return or exchange policy, which means you have a maximum of 14 days to request a return or exchange after receiving your order.

 

- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it; unused, in its original packaging, with tags. You'll also need to submit the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping fees will be applied.

- Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

- Returns take place within 14 days after receiving your order if the goods are industrially defective and NOT due to consumer misuse.

- Please note that we do not accept returns directly from the courier. When you receive your product, we kindly ask that you inspect it thoroughly to ensure it meets your expectations. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we ask that you contact us directly to initiate the return or exchange process.

 

REFUND:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund has been approved or not.

 

  1. Amounts paid by card:

  • If you made a purchase using a card, the amount paid will be refunded back to the same card used for the original transaction.
  • Please note that the refund process may take a few business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer's policies.
  • Amounts can be transferred through Instapay, Telda or typical bank transfers.

 

 

2. Amounts paid by cash:

  • If you made a purchase using cash, the amount paid will be stored as customer credit in our system.
  • The stored credit can be used towards your next purchase from our online store.
  • This credit does not have an expiration date and can be utilized at any time.

Shipping costs are non-refundable in both cases.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
